In recent years, along with advances in computer network technology, geographic information systems(GIS) are very good development, e-Government and universal application in the construction of digital city.Geographic information systems(GIS) popularity makes the use of geospatial information resources more broadly, basically involves every area of social life, involves the production of all sectors of the community;At present, many urban informatization and digitalization construction of our country have made great achievements, and basically completed the construction of geographic information public service platform for urban development and socio-economic development has made great contribution to city management efficiency is increased for better social benefits.Nevertheless, the geographic information system in China still has some problems, such as national, provincial, city and County of their information resources, such as acquisition, classification and coding of data formats, the lack of uniform standards, making information sharing difficult to achieve, resulting in duplication of construction, underground, issues such as interconnection difficult to achieve efficiency.Above the "digital city" construction problems, this paper analyzes the "digital cities outside" building development, city design and implementation of geographic information public service platform was studied.First "digital Kashi" theoretical basis of building, including city of key technologies of geographic information public service platform and system requirements analysis;Followed by theoretical analysis, based on a study of system platform architecture design and research on the construction of database platform;Final analysis function of the platform and applications.Platform based on Java2 Enterprise Edition(J2EE) framework that uses the Web Service to support a service-oriented architecture(SOA), the entire platform integrates geographic information systems technology(GIS technologies), Web Service technologies, AJAX technologies(AJAX), OGC standards, and many other advanced technologies.This research work is as follows:(1) the analysis of the development of digital city construction, point out existing problems and deficiencies, elaborated the "digital city" construction purpose and meaning;(2) build geographic information public service platform on key technologies and standards to make detailed elaboration.(3) city of geographic information public service platform architecture, technical architecture, network architecture and module Design.(4) an analysis of the implementation and application of platform features..
