The Design And Implementation Of Administrative Examination And Governmental Monitoring System

The administration of government departments need continuous adjustment and reform to meet the needs of development. With the arrival of information times, the original work mode can't satisfy the ever growing request such as the affairs handling and information sharing. In order to improve the work efficiency and consummate the management mode, the modem information technologies should be adopted in building e-government affairs system. Administration approval is an important function of government, and its main disadvantage is Information Island. Approving online is to deal approval business online which was done by manual operation in the past. Approving online is main part of e-government affairs system, and is the driving force of making government affairs public and business reform.In this thesis, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is the analysis and design description language. It is used to depict the detailed requirement analysis and system design, including the functional requirement, non-functional requirement, the technology architecture and the functional architecture. In the system detail design part, static and dynamic structure diagrams are used to model system. According to the characteristics of system, database structure is designed.The system adopts Rational unification Process (RUP) as the software development methodology and takes .NET platform as the technology framework. The system adopts the Distributed System structure based on the B/AS/DS systems structure. Finally ,this paper describes the key realization of system.This system makes use of a network to deliver an intelligent, fast and accurate characteristic. On the other hand, it can be fast between each customer of system to deliver information accurately, promising a manager to the information actually hour of the control and the understanding; Make use of this system a strong information management function on the other hand, in order to use unit to build an information terrace of integration, carry out the need of the work everyone's noodles of the administration examination and approval thus.
