The Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System Based On Workflow For Police

With the development of information technology, the collecting, processing and updating of information are becoming faster and faster. In many related insitutes ,especially in government departments ,there is an urgent requirement of efficient Office Automation(OA) software. In recent years, with the popularity of public security network, the efficiency of people work has been improved and the management to all kinds of information has become more scientific and secure. During the implementation of OA system, scientific management of the Public Security Information is the core of developing the OA system.On the other hand ,the technology of network, good management methods and advanced devices are keys to an OA system. To all customers, OA system should be easy to be operatedlike a robust system and easy to finish the communication of anonymous people who need communicate in our work.Workflow concept was originated from manufacturing and automatic field, Through dividing work into well-defined tasks and roles and executing and monitoring these tasks and roles by certain rules and procedures, workflow can increase efficiency, decrease expenditure and improve management level and competence.This paper focuses on the constructing of modern OA system, based on extensive requirement research and operation habit of user,we gather and classify all function of the system , finally we confirm the configuration and the combination of the whole system. On some important modules,we implement particular analyse and design based on software engineering via OO,at the same time ,we describe the main technology and the implement process as a result.During the design and implement,we stress the integration with other system (for example workflow system,CA system) .OA system is a platform of comprehensive business management and information processing. In the thesis, by the introducing to OA system, the author analyses the situation of OA system from different aspects and describes all the functions of this OA system.In occordance with the requirement provided by the customers, making use of the methods of software engineering,the article describes the total process of analysis and design. In design, analysis and design of database are more important and its design is the key to OA system.At the same time, data merge is an important workFor instance all the data of police system need be merged. The goal of the system is to implement an integration of different business lines.
