Technology Integrated Into The Fly Based On Workflow Technology Pdm System Applied Research

The Product Data Management (PDM ) is based on software and integrates all information and course related to products together. It has covered all information in cycle of the life of the products and also has offered a kind of macro- management mechanism of controlling all information correlating with products for enterprise.At the same time,It has offered a supporting environment and encapsulation tool for enterprise management and activity.This dissertation outlines the theories and implementation methods of PDM in four aspects: PDM modeling,workflow modeling based on activity diagrm in uml, the application of workflow technology based on RDB , integration of PDM with other application . Based on the workflow technology,this research is focus on the realizing the PDM facing small and medium-sized enterprises. The main contents and contributions are as follows:1. The PDM systematic framework of the mixing mode on the basis of B/S and C/S is proposed for the technology and resource current situation of the medium and small-scale manufacturing company, this structure is suitable for expanding to PDM system totally based on WEB.2. UML is used for modeling of the whole system and process modeling based on Activity diagrm in UML.It can utilize the modeling of workflow and PDM.3. Workflow technology base on database is adopted for workflow management project management, doucument management.This technology can make the workflow more flexible and it also can integrate PDM and other application system more easier.4. Based on the doucument and sharing database,The intergration of Pdm with other application systems is realized.5. The thesis constructed the CTTC PDM which based on the above technology. It was proved that the PDM for CITC can improve the work efficiently remarkably. The PDM was praised by the users. On the other hand, The thesis has probe into the developing of PDM facing medium and small-scale manufacturing company systematically, and has made greater achievement.
