Design And Realization Of Collaboration Daily Administration Platform For College

At present, the administrations of most colleges stay at a separate status from each other department with manual operation, lacking an unified and information-based office platform, while the level of administration in a college will indirectly affect its educational level, therefore, it is quite necessary to develope a specific collaboration office platform for the administration of colleges or universities, which can be integrated with existing information systems.This paper takes full-time college for the business model, designing to realize a collaborative office system, including three platforms, i.e. daily office administration, public office and assistant office work. Among them, the daily office administration platform is the most important part, covering conference management, document flow, vehicle & equipment management, file management, and other basic functions, able to meet daily office administration need of the college leadership and management offices, it is the research focus of this article as well.Based on 3 layers of frame system of B/S model, adopting middleware, component technology and modularized design, according to XML technology and following the J2EE specification, this paper accomplished the prototype development of daily college collaboration administration office platform and the implementation of data integration of different information system, through Java programming and Java server technology development, at the Basis of the full demand analysis, solving the problem of lacking procedure and standardization in actual work. The system has excellent security performance and strong stability, and can work based on Unix, Linux, Windows operating system, using Oracle database, open and facilitated to the further development. This paper introduces in details the development process of the three core modules in the platform, i.e. the conference management, vehicle & equipment management, document and data exchange, providing specific steps of implementation and the testing process, and ensuring the system functions to meet the daily administration need of the colleges.Through the use of this technology, a strong and unified daily administration office platform for colleges have been created, the system has been put into operation in Shandong Medical College for two years, all the datas have proved that the system run very well, basically realizing the administration office automation.
