Business Administration Office Automation System Design And Implementation

With the development of computer technology and the increasing needs for office automation, the application of office automation is more and more widely used including daily data inquiry, computer network conference, e-mail as well. And these ate basic function for office automation system. There is shortage of traditional official mode in communication, cooperation, control, such as low speed of document flow, insufficient security, trivial disposal, statistics and analysis on document information. OA is very important to improve the office quality and efficiency of the office or corporation, it can help to enhance scientific and exact decision and also has a very important meaning to improve the management of managers and the corporation information.This thesis makes a study of business administration office automation, it aims at improving the current insophisticated office facilities, providing an effective, convenient, fast and safe software environment, realizing the economization of human resources, properly utilizing equipments and better satisfying the requirements of all work.This system conducts the data base management by applying ASP.NET as the framework, C# as the programming language, software engineering as guiding ideology, Visual Studio.NET as developing tool and SQL Server 2005. After deeply studing the access and control technology of current, we give a new technology bases on RBAC mainly ,but connect the DAC and MAC in the detailed design, which can make sure to manage the popedom reasonable, and satisfy the needs of popedom assignment in office. Based on the background description of present OA technique development, the thesis utilizes current advanced B/S model of three-tier framework through the combination with demand analysis of business administration office system. The system makes the analysis and design in accordance with completely conforming to the principle of software engineering. Firstly, the system makes analysis of the feasibility of OA system based on ASP.NET. Then, it makes a detailed study of users'demands and requirements. In the following, the system makes an overall design while solving the technical problems based on ASP.NET in the process of research and development. Lastly, the system progressively completes the model construction and realizes the system according to overall and detailed design as well as the simulation sequence.
