Business processes are the core and the nature of enterprises operating, and no doubt about its importance. With economic being globalization, information being network, and the demands being diversification, market and customer requirements are fast-changing, this will inevitably lead to changes in business processes, and dynamic will be the new feature. Resources in traditional business process management systems are lack of a unified description of the structure of knowledge, leading to flow-resources between different systems difficult to inter-operation and sharing; its keyword-based information retrieval methods of knowledge are limited to show semantic and pragmatic, and it is difficult to meet the user's actual demand.For the above shortcomings, this paper presents the Ontology-based Knowledge flow design idea. Through set up Knowledge base on domain ontology, terms or concepts can be used to express knowledge, at the same time to show that the intrinsic relationship between knowledge. Reasoning machine then use the knowledge, thus can greatly enhance the search recall rate and precision of user.Researched the application status of business process management. Compare with their disadvantages, analyzing the advantages of using ontology to building a flow-knowledge base. For the inadequacy of the existing flow-knowledge base, introduced the subject of business process models and design of the ontology-based flow-knowledge base modeling. And divided ontology-based flow-knowledge base into four parts by their respective roles, they are the flow Ontology, tourism resources Ontology, etc.Then build the various sub-libraries of flow-knowledge base. Giving their formalization and description in OWL DL language, to make it easy to use and share resources. Studying the key technologies within the process of implementation, such as ontology storage, reasoning, querying.Using Jena to visit and maintain the Ontology Knowledge Base. This paper will give practical examples.Event-driven Process Chains (EPCs) have serious drawback, such as the informal semantics of EPCs that resulted in the process reengineering based on EPC can't be implemented automatically. This paper aims at the automatic reengineering of process, adopts the FSA (Finite State Automata) theory, and indicates an arithmetic based on state-space, for the purpose of implement automatic verification of EPCs, then the Operational staff can do the process reengineering by themselves. Process reengineering is based on EPC. Aims at the EPC which has been gained, first, it is reduced using universally accepted reduction rules. Second, the reduced EPC is analyzed using a mixture of state-space analysis, automata theory, and human judgment, then the arithmetic is implemented.This paper also using the state space and finite automata technology to verify the reasonableness of EPCs-based flow generated through knowledge base, in order to ensure the correctness and implementation of automatic flow reorganization.By propose research and design of ontology-based knowledge base of process, interoperation between heterogeneous systems with ontology, sharing and reuse of business process implementation. In this paper, the theoretical research and implementation methods contribute to flow sharing and reuse between different systems or businesses, and have a certain reference value to business process management related fields.
