Research On Construction And Retrieval Technology Of Typical Parts Process Knowledge Base Based On Ontology

With the rapid development of economy,process knowledge as an important capital of manufacturing enterprises,in the design and production plays a significant role.How to effectively manage and use the process knowledge,in order to improve the level of manufacturing process design and core competitiveness,is an urgent problem to be solved.Due to the diversity of process knowledge and complexity,the traditional knowledge management system can not effectively describe the process knowledge.Therefore,this paper proposes a method of constructing the knowledge base of typical parts based on ontology,and uses the ontology to define the concept of standardization and standardization of typical parts technology field,and solve the concept ambiguity problem,so as to realize the sharing of process knowledge effectively use.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the characteristics of typical parts process knowledge are defined and classified.Then,the ontology construction method is analyzed,and the ontology construction method suitable for the characteristics of typical parts process knowledge is put forward,and the ontology construction of typical parts technology field is carried out.This paper describes the ontology of the typical part process by using the OWL language.Then,a retrieval method for the knowledge base of technology knowledge is proposed,and the retrieval algorithm of the ontology instance is analyzed.This paper extracts the effective part shape information and data of the new part from the three-dimensional model file of the new part,realizes the new part ontology by using the typical part process ontology model of the new part sub-shape feature information and the data.The new part body example and the typical part he process knowledge base part of the ontology instance set the similarity calculation to derive the three parts to obtain the knowledge of the processing of the most similar parts ontology to support the reuse of part process knowledge.Finally,the development of a typical parts of the process knowledge base management system,to achieve the parts query,process search,parts of the basic functions of process management.Which provides a new method for realizing the sharing and reuse of process knowledge.
