Analysis Of Private Enterprise Archival Work Under Modern Enterprise System

From the reform and opening-up policy until now, the Chinese economy has obtained the huge achievement. In the Chinese economy development path, the private economic development and growth has attracted worldwide attention. Growing gradually from "the national economy beneficial supplement "into" an important component of the socialist economy part", private enterprises demonstrated gradually it in the optimized resources disposition; enhance economic efficiency and the maintenance of balance between supply and demand, expanding employment and so on. However, along with the market economy unceasing consummation and increasing economic globalization, the traditional private enterprise management system and methods become increasingly unsuited to the market economy objective requirements. Especially after China's accession to the WTO, private enterprises has faced many new challenges.For China's private enterprises, it is a stern test since the early 2008 outbreak of the global financial crisis. How to seek the opportunity development in the crisis, to enhance their own immunity already became the important topic which Chinese private enterprises faced.The author believes China's private enterprises exist and develop as an integral part of the socialist market economy, and therefore, it should follow the laws of the socialist market economy requirements, construct the modern enterprise system. Set up a modern enterprise system is not only the development of socialist market economy inevitable requirement, but also the fundamental direction of enterprise reform. In fact, in the author's research, many private enterprises already established the new system according to the modern enterprise system request. They improve and standardize their operations and promote the market competitive power. The modern enterprise system establishment caused the enterprise status, the function and the behavior way has all had the fundamental change. As the business management foundation work, archival work should also transform the concepts, innovate in the management and finally establish the private enterprise modern archival work mechanism.In this article, the structure is divided into four parts. The first chapter focuses on the background which the Chinese private enterprise modern archival work produces, namely modern enterprise system concept and development. Second chapter take the case as the backing, introduced the relationship between Chinese private enterprises and the modern enterprise systems, and then put forward the request modern enterprise system on the private enterprise archival work. Article third part: Firstly, analyzes problems from the external and internal factor which in the present private enterprise archival work exists. Secondly, taking the private enterprise file work time characteristic as the breakthrough point, pointed out difficulties when the private enterprise carried out the archival works. In the last part of the article, the author proposed the private enterprise development strategy of the archive work from the overseas enterprise, the macro and micro perspectives of three angles. Especially, in conjunction with basic management mechanisms, the author innovate put forward eight modern private enterprise archival management mechanisms.
