With the more in-depth reform of the electricity market and the development of the power market, how to build the global production and production management information system to adapt to the needs of market and the safety in production is the key issues now. It has been proved in practice that the traditional information management methods and means of manual management make an in adaptation to the development of the power and industrial production and business. In order to further strengthen internal management, improve efficiency and achieve the maximum economic and social benefits, the power companies have to implement network control and management of the production and services, establish management information systems, break the barrier between time and space during the information transfer, achieve full sharing of information resources and real-time use of information resources and so on.First , this paper describe the history and status the Power supply Enterprise Production Management Information System; second , This paper analyzed part of the work flow of the Production Management Information System; last, puts forward a rational reinforcement design scheme.This paper analyzes the problems in the practical application and designs the product information management system of the Yu Shui Qu Power Supply Enterprise throng the design of the whole information system of it and anatomy of its Platform Technology. This paper focuses on the design of the production of management information system, and uses a structured approach; on system platform, we combine C/S with B/S to overcome the defects of itself; on application program, we use a server, cross-platform, HTML embedded scripting language PHP; on choosing database, we choose the MySQL which is safe, fast, reliable, easy-to-use, rich data types, such as better connectivity Characteristics, and is known as claim to be the best when it is combined with PHP.
