The Research And Design Of Work-study Management System In Hechi University

This paper introduces the research background, the research significance, research situation and technology development of work-study management system of Hechi University. Based on the status analysis, this paper proposes the design goals of work-study management system of Hechi University, and elaborates the development method of this system and related technical application. In the part of business analysis, this paper analyses various demands of the system like business demand gives the business flow chart and re-moulded business flow chart, and establishes such objectives as business demand of the system. In the part of demand analysis, this paper expounds the function analysis and data analysis of work-study management system of Hechi University and provides the flow charts of function analysis and data analysis. In the analysis of the system design modules, this paper specifically analyses the overall design of work-study management system of Hechi University and function modules under this system, including basic information management, assessment management, statistical analysis and system management, and provides the organization chart, functional structure chart and data flow chart of this management system. In the part of database design, this paper presents E-R diagram and related table structure, and explains related process and content of this management system. In the final part, this paper summarizes the research and development of work-study posts management system of Hechi University and proposes its prospect in the future. In sum, the research and design of this system will realize the standardization, scientization and informatization of work-study management of Hechi University, and improves the efficiency and management level.
