Record electronization has become a tendency as the modern information construction is being sped up. Procuratorial organs have special requirements on the record, such as security and real-time ability, and common edit tools can not satisfy such requirements. So, it is urgent to develop an electronic record system that fits the procuratorial organs' specific requirements.Therefor, interrogation electronic record system is professionally developed according to the effective demands from people's procuratorates in this thesis.The following aspects have been studied in this thesis:Firstly, main techniques have been introduced, includeing data encryption, digital signature, WinSock and MFC framework.And technical preparation has been made to realize system function.Secondly, system function modules have been devided according to the procuratorates organs' pratical requirements. And inquest database tables and their relation model and the database's security have been designed. At the same time, programming and running environment of software-hardware have been determined for the syetem.Thirdly, the system's functions have been realized according to its design goal and modules division, and it has adoptded the the C/S architecture and used object oriented programming techniques. Three components have been in charge for relative functions. Record magement function has been realized by integrating the common used functions to uniform interface. Document/View framework has been adopted to realize the edit component.Making record has been sped up by premade record template, auto insertion of ask and answer paragraph and setting common used phrases. TCP Socket mechanism has been used to realize this system's real-time share.Finally, MD5 algorithm has been adopted to ensure that generated record files can not be modefied and Blowfish algorithm has been adopted to ensure system's data security. And base on concurrent thought, Blowfish has been improved, and it has effectively raised the process speed when system encrypting and decrypting files.The innovations of this thesis consist in the high integration of this system and the vedio-supervise system, encrypting record files to ensure data's security and integrity and realizing real-time share function .This system has basically satisfied the procuratorial organs' special requirements on electronic record. So far, this system has been used widely in Zhejiang province and illustrates a good prospect of application and extension.
