Research On Applicaton Of Agile Approach In Process Enterprise ERP System

To confront with ever-changing and highly competitive market, the software industry is moving in two directions, one is traditional development methodology represented by waterfall model, and the other is a new type development methodology as a synonym for agile. Agile method is software engineering development methodology based on the practice in order to resolve the issue of lightweight items and issues. Extreme programming gained extensive research and attention, as a method of agile development methods, due to its high maneuverability.Nowadays, the majority of forming enterprise resource planning (Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP) systems are targeted at discrete enterprises, but seldom to process. It is very necessary for us to design a process enterprise ERP sysytem according to the characteristics of process enterprises. How to explore the method of agile in process enterprise ERP system? The article reserch agile method, design and developtment based on characteristics of process enterprise, and implemention in the actual project.First of all, the agile method is researched. With a view to the values, practices, principles and life cycle, we analyze several key aspects of Extreme Programming (Extreme Programming, XP), at the same time analyze the other agile methods compararively. It compares the rule and practice of agile methodologies with traditional waterfall model. We also analyze the relationship with agile and CMM, reconstruction, modeling and other technologies.Secondly, we discuss the characteristics of discrete enterprise and process enterprise, and analyze the difference. According to the characteristics of process manufacturing, we propose the design idea based on product structure, production process, and equipment. We use the IDEFO to design the requirements of the use case diagram, function model and data model, developing the process enterprise ERP system by XP methods.To combine the process enterprise ERP system belong to HIT's the fifth plastic industrial Co., Ltd., we analyze the advantages of agile development. Finally, we summarize the application principles of agile approach.
