Along with the development of telecommunication technology day by day, the technical actuation network development's age has already been replaced by the new age of the service actuation network development.According to its rich service and the opening service platform characteristic, NGN technology is becoming the subject to the field attention and is widely used gradually by the operators.NGN is developing toward the direction of custom-made, multimedia, portable and opening characteristics.Facing the great market competition pressure, Henan Netcom must grasp the trend of the competition environment and the technological development tendency, regulate network construction and service pattern, take the technological innovation and the service innovation strategy to create good network environment and service environment, so as to gain the superiority status in the steep competition environment.For the disposition of NGN service, 3G service as well as IPTV service in the entire province, there must be a load bearing network first.In this article the first chapter introduces in a simple way the necessity of constructing the entire province IP load bearing network for Henan Netcom, the second chapter is the brief introduction of BGP route agreement and MPLS VPN related to the load bearing network; The third chapter carries on the brief introduction to the present situation of China Netcom group's IP load bearing network; The fourth and fifth chapter carry on a more detailed discussion of the IP load bearing network plan of Henan Netcom.Facing P2P current capacity's endless consumption of the operator network's bandwidth, the sixth chapter conducts some research to several representative P2P stream media softwares, and discovers some condition code of stream media through excavation to the application layer's signature.Cisco, Hua Wei and other manufacturers' routers have already had the filtration function through the condition code, I hope that the excavation algorithm introduced in this article can discover unceasingly P2P stream media software's application layer signature, and will be applied on the corresponding network equipment, thus helps to limit some P2P current capacity.The seventh chapter carries on the discussion of correlation technique of IPv4 to the IPv6 transition, through the comparition of each kind of transition technology, it concludes that the tunnel technology based on the MPLS suits the network present situation of Henan Netcom best, whcih needs the smallest modification to the existing backbone network,and has the lowest risk , and tallies with the strategy from the edge to the core direction evolution. I hope this article can help the network development of Henan Netcom.
