Design And Implementation Of The Office Automation System Based On Workflow

1990s has witnessed a fast development in Office Automation (OA), which was introduced into China in 1970s. Based on system science, with behavioral science being its leading factor, Office Automation utilizes information technology to improve productivity and internal management system, providing fast and precise decision-making information by integrating basic information of enterprises.The article has introduced the basic concept and development of Office Automation, analyzing the application of workflow technology in OA system. Key technologies, including workflow technology and its management system, B/S and C/S application model technology and Struts Mvc mode have also been discussed. Based on these technologies, I have some achievements as below:(1)in the analysis of the overall framework, I have completed the analysis of software architecture, quantizing structure and supporting system configuration; based on the analysis of the system flow chart and object modeling and the construction of system model, I have completed the analysis of workflow; in the analysis of system function, I have analyzed the functional organizations and functional module of the system in detail.(2)in the designing and realization of the system, I have completed the functional design through function-flow design, traffic flow design and main module design; I have also completed the code editing work.(3)in system test, I have made a detailed testing plan and object design before successfully finishing system test. In the final part of the article, a summary is made and several limitations are pointed out.Application workflow management system has realized the major function of Office Automation system. The whole system is running effectively, which has proved the rationality of the system design.
