It is an important subject how to monitor and evaluate the end-user network service qulity, since user is calling for better and better quanlity of internet service with the fast internet development. Nevertheless today many of network management system (NMS) can help us to scale our network bandwidth and locate the trouble of network by monitor of the network traffic and analysis of network protocol or contents. But these measure only reduce the failure of network, and it is difficult to exactly manifest the network quality, which the end-user meets in the use of the network provided.Therefore I established the "boardband quality evaluating system" (BBQE) through my analysis and summary in practical work. The system simulates the end-user to use the network, and gets the quality data of the using, which can help us to evaluate the boardband service quality.From users using the network, the boardband quality evaluating system collects the network data when simulating users to use the network, analizes and evalutes the quality of users using the network. Moreover, the statistical analysis functions will help Beijing Telecom to find out its network service quality and provide reference data for the user's Internet business model. Therefore, this subject is of great practical value and market value.
