The paper introduces the design of a real-time data acquisition system which is formed by ADS7841 chip and USB communicative interface chip CY7C68013A for the practical requirements of real-time monitoring dehydration power according to the excellent advantages of USB. And the paper also design an electric valve actuating intelligent controller based on 51MCU AT89S52 according to the intelligent instrument technology, digital communication technology and computer technology. The controller used for solving the problems such as the dehydration process is interrupted easily and complex operation.In the part of the data acquisition system, the paper introduces the performance of USB2.0 controller CY7C68013A and designs hardware including the conditioning module, analog - digital conversion module and data acquisition module. In terms of the firmware design, the CY7C68013A firmware flow is described, and the firmware design of endpoints is given in the following in detail. In the part of driver program, the paper completes a driver program which is based on the WDM(Windows Driver Mode). The driver program can download the firmware automatically. At last, multi-thread interface application program based on VC++6.0 is completed.In the part of the valve automatic control, the paper designs the mechanical structure of the electric valve including the choice of the valve and dc motor, the size calculation of the ball valve and the design of gear worm reducer. In the part of electric intelligent controller, the paper designs the hardware circuits and software of the electric controller combined with servo amplifier and electric actuator. The paper completes the design of motor drive circuit, the acquisition of the valve position using the incremental photoelectric coded disk and the design of human-computer interaction module. In order to improving the system reliability, the paper designs the stroke protection, the over-current protection and the overheat protection. The system contains more functions such as the real-time display of various parameters, the valve position location, the field operation, the manual automatic handover and so on.After collectivity joint debug and load test, the system achieved the anticipated function request, takes on certain use value.
