Research And Design Of Sinopec E&P Business Model And Data Element Standardization

The information standardization is the basic construction projects of the oil field informationization. It is the key that the information system can be developed successful.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the current situation of domestic oilfield enterprises information standardization. It points out some problems of the traditional data model design method in the implementation. Then this paper introduces the POSC software integration platform, analyzes the high-l evel model ,the classification and the characteristic of the core criteria Epicentre in-depth. And It summarizes the instruction significances of the Epicentre to the Chinese oil field information standardization.To draw on the experience of the advanced ideas of POSC, the thesis proposes the design concept and realized method of SPBPM (Sinopec Business Processing Model). Take the way of describing enterprise hierarchically from top to bottom, the thesis establishes the business model ,obtains the basic unit operations - the minimum business activities through the business field, business, business process and business activities' detailed division. Then specifically unfolded to the business process analysis and the achievements of the wellbore project(including well drilling, well logging, logging, downhole operation and others related).The data element standardization is built on the basis of business model, takes the data items in data needs, carries on the standardized definition to its semantics, and describes the essence of data items. The latter part of the thesis proposes SINOPEC metadata data element standardization design process and implementation plan. Through defining the smallest data unit standardization, realizes the data element model and the business unit standardization.
