Research And Application Of Epicentre Based Data Model Projection Tool

Object-Oriented Data Model (OODM) is able to accurately describe the data, therelationship between data and data integrity constraints with its strong semanticexpression ability, making the application of OODM in the database and dataintegration more and more widely. Because of technical question, Object-OrientedDatabase has not created a veriest product. At present, the study about implementtechnology of Object-Oriented Data Model based on RDBMS will have very importantmeaning. Meanwhile, it is one of mostly content of China's Sinopec oil and gasexploration and development data model standard study and construction project tostudy Epicentre 3.0 Data Model and its implementation based on RDBMS, andultimately complete the implementation and application of SPDM 1.0 Data Model.In this paper, based on China's Sinopec oil and gas exploration and developmentdata model standard study and construction project, the writer has made some researchand design in the projection tool of SPDM Data Model.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the research situation of the data model in domesticand international oil industry, as well as, the shortcomings of existing data managementmodel of China's Sinopec, then defined the domestic research and application value ofthe Epicentre 3.0 Data Model. Secondly, it seriously researched the main contents,characteristics, classification, data types and model management methods and principlesof Epicentre 3.0 Data Model, and analyzed High Level Model and Activity Model ofEpicentre 3.0. Then it described the formation process of SPDM 1.0 and clarifieddifferences and contacts between SPDM 1.0 and Epicentre 3.0. Next, it seriouslyresearched the Epicentre projection theory, and introduced a variety of laws, the basicoperation of process and a variety of strategies and methods followed by every step ofthe operation in detail, and listed a variety of data types implementation of Epicentre,then proposed some reasonable proposals and requests about the data integrityvalidation. Finally, this theosis, based on the deep research of Epicentre 3.0 Data Modeland Epicentre projection theory,has completed the design and development of SPDMdata model projection tool and achieved the SPDM 1.0 logical model to physical modelof the mapping.It provides a theoretical guidance and a solid foundation for the smoothdevelopment of Sinopec data centre project through the deep research of Epicentre projection theory and implementation of SPDM 1.0 data model, thus further promotingthe pace of enterprise information construction of Sinopec.
