The Design Of Seamless Transportation Information System Based On SOA

Seamless Transportation is the advanced form of transportation organization and is also the development direction of traffic transportation. The Eleventh Five-Year of Chinese economy and society development had brought forward the rational allocation of transport resources in order to promote the effective convergence of modes of transport and realize the passenger's "Zero-distance Transfer" and freight's "seamless transportation" progressively. Because of the imbalance of the transportation sector's information development and haven't gotting a unified design specification, with the continuous expansion of business, varioues systems exploited by different operating systems and different language exist in industry information environment everywhere. But these systems have the disadvantages in hard to expansion, low flexibility, a long development cycle and low utilization and so on. So at last, it forms the situation difficult to achieve resource sharing and just a lot of disorder integrated frameworks. The paper builds the seamless transport information systems by SOA which has nothing to do with platform and programming. It can connect existed ITS information platform of different mode of transportation and realize exchanging and sharing of information of different transport systems. This makes the seamless transportation possible.At first, the paper analyses the connotation of seamless transport and formation mechanism from the user's needs for transport. It points out that the information technology development, multimodal transport and scientific and technological development is the fundation of formation and development of seamless transport. The factors that impacts seamless transport organization are infrastructure, information technology, management mechanism, and so on. The second, the paper descripts the present situation of seamless transportation information system platform in and out of our country and analyses the demand of the current different transportation mode's ITS information platform. Because ITS program investment is great in seamless transportation and the impact of ITS to social and economic is unpredictable, in order to build seamless transportation, it's important to evaluate and analysis comprehensively the ITS of different modes of transportation in Seamless transport's information systems. The third, the paper applies the advanced concepts of SOA to construct seamless transport information system. In order to ensure the IT system meeting the customer's business needs fully and then transiting to SOA, the paper applies BDD method. It gives the passenger and freight business flow chart as modelling foundation by analysing intelligent transport platform of different transport modes being existed via retention of common operations, integration of similar businesses and reconstruction of the must having business. At last, the paper uses IBM's SOMA method for modelling and unifies the list of candidate services and makes the definition of the relevant service interfaces. The paper realizes the SOA framework by JavaEE technology based on business analyses and service modeling and give out the implementation steps of SOA framework. At the same time, it illustrates the basic ideas of network overall design and system security design.
