| In this paper, the author introduces the design, development and implementation process of office automation management system in the library of Heilongjiang August First Land Reclamation University. The product of office automation is mainly applied in the enterprises and institutions. Its main purpose is to realize an integrated work environment and make all staff be able to use the network to realize joint cooperation and the knowledge management. In order to realize this goal, the author has carried on a thorough, detailed system investigation and analysis. According to the special demand for modern library office automation, the author introduces the means of work flow and role management. Carrying on the development in view of the library to the administrative work special demand, the author has given the design and realization step of the work module. The author has designed an application-integrated,highly effective office system of books administration.This system altogether is divided into five modules: Network office, archives management, records management, administration, system establishment. The system backstage database is based on SQL SERVER 2000. This system has used the programming technology of ASP server end, unifies ADO visits and operates the backstage database. And it uses the most popular B/S three structures at present, simplifies the subscriber's premises operation request, has basically achieved the design goal of the system. Moreover, in this article the author discusses the main correlation technology on WEB, ASP, B/S, the database and so on. |
