In the information age, a modern organizations have a certain scale, in its internal demand for office automation system gradually improve. Through the system, on the one hand, can improve the organization efficiency to reduce resource waste, but also can improve the service level of the organization. Therefore, based on the advanced and mature computer communication technology, create office information system, realize the goal of covering all departments, through the network technology, computer technology and database technology, provide service for the library office, to realize office automation is very important and necessary. However, although the present ownership while the paper document library in rising business is expanding, but with matching office management system due to the limitation of industry characteristics have been groped in development.The daily work a lot of small and medium-sized libraries still predominantly paper document, WORD, EXCEL, although you can do with QQ IM communication software such as document circulation, messages, and other functions, but these functions must rely on the Internet. Library such as the circulation department is not convenient access to the Internet sector, is unable to use these features, to bring forward library inside information, document flow much inconvenience. In addition, due to the particularity of the library industry, reference statistics have been also is given priority to with manual records, artificial statistics. These problems prompted the library is an urgent need to personalized, efficient office automation software to solve. Therefore, it is necessary to develop suitable for small and medium-sized library office management software, by developing custom office management system to improve the day-to-day operations and management level.Aimed at the actual demand for the library office, according to the characteristics of the industry itself, the design and implementation of library office management system, the system can improve the level of the library office automation, save human resources, improve the work efficiency, to provide a high level of service for readers, to the further development of the library industry to provide strong support and guarantee.Paper's main work is as follows:1. Deal with daily work of the library research and analysis, to sort out the actual business process of the library office, library system requirements of departments is determined.2. Research, analysis and comparison of existing related software system, according to the result of system requirements analysis, design, the overall framework of the software system structure, logic structure and design of the system; Combined with the actual profile was carried out on the system design and study the relevant technology of the database, design of database table and table relationships were determined; According to the requirements analysis of each function module, the detailed design of each functional modules.3.
