The ballistic missile breakthrough technique that baesd on synergetic informations becomes to be one of the most effective techniques to improve the ability of breakthrough. That technique uses the informations from the space base and the command center on the earth, combining with the informations produced by itself to process the mid-course maneuver. In this dissertation, some issues about the development of the simulation system such as methods of designing the system, which is designed to verify the technique, are presented and analyzed. The simulation system uses the distributed simulation frame, and includes five simulation nodes: Weapon simulation node, Space information base simulation node, Simulation system manage node, 3D scene display node and 2D scene display node. The Ethernet network is used to transmit the data between the simulation nodes.There are six chapters in this dissertation. The backgrounds of this dissertation and two typical distributed simulation frames are introduced in the first chapter. Then, the properties of the simulation system are analyzed in the second chapter, the designment of the simulation manage node and some ways to realize the simulation system's synchronization or to manage the simulation data in simulation manage node are introduced too. Besides, the simulation manage node is realized. In the third chapter, the modeling process of the space information base is studied, for example, the ways how to work out the satellites'positions through the Kepler's Equation and how to calculate the covering area of each satellite. The realization of the space base is introduced. Afte that chapter, the designment and realization of the 3D scene display node based on Vega are put forward in the forth chapter, including the arithmetics of changing data and methods of managing the observational points. And then in the fifths chapter, the requirements of the 2D scene display node are analyzed first. The designment of the 2D scene display node based on OpenGL is given after that. Some researches on realizing the 2D scene display node are carried out such as the arithmetics of calculating the icon's orientation. In addition, the realization of the 2D scene display node is presented. Finally, a summary and expectation of this dissertation is given in chapter six.The simulation system for the mid-course maneuver technique of ballistic missile based on synergetic informations is applied to the pre-research in some departments. It's practical significance and application values are shown in the pre-research work.
