Scene display is an important part of the virtual test system; it can provide straightforward scene situation display for test observers. HIT-TENA architecture is proposed and developed by Test and Control Automation Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology for joint trials. The purpose of this project is to develop the two-dimensional and three-dimensional scene display software for the architecture,the topic of great significance to improve HIT-TENA architecture.According to the software development of two-dimensional, the twodimensional software is developed based on Map X. Based on the research of HITTENA middleware running mechanism, write a two-dimensional software middleware interface, which realize to receive the external data. For twodimensional display and real-time information in the label drawing functional requirements, study the implementation method in Map X custom layer and the implementation of transparent window drawing. Resolve the questions of adding labels and window flashing and real-time displaying when the program is running real-time rendering. Combined with the two-dimensional scene display functional requirement and software implementation, designed the data structure and display scheme node structure.Aiming at the question of most three-dimensional display engine fit with HITTENA not high, the three-dimensional software is developed based on VR-Vantage.Make a research on the overall structure and mechanism of the development of VRVantage software, then analysis the VR-Vantage application programming interface class hierarchy. For VR-Vantage terrain file incomplete issue, research the methods and steps to build terrain file. For the problem of three-dimensional model realtime motion display, research on the driving mechanism of the model in VRVantage, write a model-driven class and override the functions. Achieve the threedimensional model data-driven motion when the real-time display programming running. Research on the VR-Vantage rendering mechanism of environment and the method to call environment module, render the basic scene by Open Scene Graph.In order to make project management to display program, design the threedimensional scene display data structure and display scheme node structure.Use UML language to make the requirement analysis and outline design and detailed design of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional scene display software.Finally, in HIT-TENA architecture, use virtual radar-guided missiles test system and laser-guided missiles test system to make functional test and integration test for the two software. The test results show that the two software are operating normally. They can receive the data from middleware and drive the models, have the user-friendly display, and meet the functional requirements.
