Vehicle experiment technology has been significantly developed depending on the virtual reality technology development . Virtual reality technology to Vehicle experiment technology played a tremendous role in promoting, Using virtual reality technology to a vehicle proving ground simulation has become possible.This paper focused on the Virtual Proving Ground Simulation study, contained comprehensive research to virtual proving ground on basic structure design and typical road test facility design, analyzed virtual modeling technology adapted to the study, and eventually made the virtual reality simulation model vehicle testing ground . This paper provide references on the design and simulation of proving ground and provide a technology platform for virtual test for the car. The main contents are:1. research on the typical structure of international and domestic proving ground, determine the referrible design of the Virtual simulation model, Meanwhile access to the actual scenes material modeling pictures.2. Comprehensively summarized proving ground based on function, testing history, structure and main facilities. Do a comprehensive study on the basic structure design and typical road test facility design of Virtual proving ground.3. research Virtual Reality Modeling Software, ascertain method Applicable to the study of Virtual proving ground based on MultiGen Creator ,And resolve some technical difficulties on making MultiGen Creator models4. creating proving ground simulation model Based on MultiGen Creator, Verification of virtual reality technology for vehicle simulation test the feasibility study, provide new ideas to the design and study of Vehicle proving ground.
