At present, the domestic transportation infrastructure construction is of high speeddevelopment period, and network infrastructure construction is also widespread. Howto classify and store various types of data of expressway construction produces, andhow can the parties involved coordinate work together on the same network platform,etc. these are eagerly awaited by the majority construction workers in the informationtechnology for construction management.Jilin Provincial High Class Highway Construction Bureau is of initial explorationstate of the construction information application, on of basic of study and explorationof Jilin Provincial Expressway Construction Information Management System,establish an efficient, rapid and integrated information management platform suitablefor JPHHCB needs and in accordance with its own management features, supportingdaily information processing, integrating with construction management processes.That is the reason I choose the title as graduation paper.For the above background, the paper focuses on the following tasks:For designing of the System, first we should fully understand the needs of users,put forward a comprehensive system design, continuous revision and improvement isalso needed according to requirement. In this paper, based on the analysis of JilinProvincial Expressway Construction Information Management System, according tothe current status of highway construction management system in China, particularlystudy the information users’ requirement analysis, system architecture design, systempartition and function design, etc.(1) Requirement Analysis: Current situation of construction managementinformation is analyzed to determine the necessity of information management system.Actual needs investigation is carried out among the JPHHCB organs and participatingconstruction units in order to find the main research tasks;(2) Frame Design: basicrequirements of highway construction information system and informationclassification are defined, in accordance with the requirements of JPHHCB projectmanagement, design the functions of the system and framework;(3) System FunctionDesign: Along with the needs analysis and framework design to determine the system’sworking method and workflow modules, and briefly introduce one by one;(4) On thebasis of function design, introduce specific code features in the system implementation.The paper made detail illustration on selected key functions. Finally, from a businessperspective define the deficiencies of current information system need to be continued improved.The System fills in gaps in the field of expressway construction managementsystem in Jilin Province, and will be applied to more expressway construction projectsin the future, which will gradually improve the Province’s expressway constructioninformation management level and has a broad application prospect. Wide applicationof the System will produce very significant economic and social benefits.
