With the development of mobile Internet, as well as the improvement of people's demand for network bandwidth, the traditional Internet architecture exposes a lot of problems, such as IP address management difficulties, IP address depletion network traversal. In recent years, people began to study the next generation Internet architecture. In this context, people put forward the idea of information centric network. At present, a lot of people are studying the various aspects of the information center network, including data naming, routing strategy, caching strategy, etc. Information centric network has become a hot research topic, and it is a promising branch in the new Internet architecture. With the development of information centric network, how to realize the information centric interconnection and how to access the information centric network will be a problem for the edge network equipment.Named data network is an implementation of information centric network. In this paper, we use the idea of named data network, according to the characteristics of wireless local area network, we designed how to define the packet format, how to route packets, how to achieve data cache, how to adapt to the dynamic network topology as well as how to transfer packet between peers, and given the realization scheme of each mechanism. Finally, we implemented the system on the ARM-Linux hardware platform. We have verified the functionality of the system and analyzed the performance of the system. The results show that the system has completed the expected function, and meet the user's requirements for network communication performance.
