Research And Design Of LCD Panel TV Solution Based On Fli30602 Chip

At present, digital processing LCD panel TV has already been the popular application in domestic TV technical field. High quality requirement is needed in many aspects including system integration, signal process complication and so on, therefore, the design of hardware and software becomes more difficult. With the drastically technology competition and cruelly market culling, how to design a LCD panel TV project to meet the users' need and win the market share is great importance.The thesis studies and designs LCD TV solution based on Genesis Fli30602 chip. Firstly, basic approach of main processing chip selection in LCD TV solution is discussed, features of Fli30602 chip, development environment software tools and classical solution are introduced, and anolog input-port configuration is achieved. Secondly, design approach of TV system software is discussed, software module hierarchy and main loop structure are designed, an ADC Calibration method based on PixelGrab function of Fli30602 chip is introduced, relatively module design is implemented, and the experiment data is analyzed by MATLAB. Thirdly, basic principle of OSD development environment Workbench4.2 is introduced, volume adjust and source format relatively module are designed and implemented, audio amplification curve is analyzed by weighted least square curve fitting, an improved transfer function is designed. Finally, an ameliorative contrast enhance algorithm by the curve and surface statistic and a non-linear transfer function is designed, simulated successfully by MATLAB, achieve nice performance.Some function modules in solution the thesis studied and designed have been used by a famous domestic TV manufacturer. After strict test and amelioration, LCD TV based on this solution has been putted into production and exported to America, which has brought great economic and social benefit, and arrived at initial goal of research and design of this thesis.
