As the oldest and most powerful traditional medicine, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) gradually formed a unique theoretical system and treatment technology in its long-term process. TCM has made indelible contributions to the people's health and prosperity of China. Due to its typical Oriental style and remarkable curative effect for the 21st century human health and longevity will play an increasingly important role.According to the Semantic Web Ontology and the theory and methods and taking ontology as the media of knowledge sharing & expression, this paper studies the cases of the the spleen and stomach disease in TCM, and organizes the fragmented data into knowledge base (KB), in order to achieve knowledge-sharing and simple reasoning diagnosis.The main work and involved key technologies are as follows: First of all, we preprocess and standardize the cases of the spleen and stomach disease in TCM through natural language processing technology (such as word segmenting, labeling etc.). At the same time, we design and develop the database, which this project needs, via database management system -MySQL; Secondly, we utilize Protege(ontology creating tool) and OWL (ontology descriptionlanguage) to construct and store the ontologies of the spleen and stomach disease in TCM; Thirdly, we use the technology Jena to analyze the ontology of the spleen and stomach disease in TCM and update them in the expansion phase; Finally, we provide Computer Aided Diagnosis for the spleen and stomach disease in TCM through defining some diagnosis rules of TCM and calculating the closeness. |
