Study On The Regularity Of Alzheimer's Disease In Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Association Rules

Objective: Through the association rule analysis,we found the concealment of Alzheimer's disease on the compatibility of modern Chinese medicine characteristics,to help clinical open medication ideas.Methods: In the search database published in 1994-2016 published in the literature of Chinese medicine treatment of Alzheimer's disease,according to the inclusion,the exclusion criteria were selected to obtain effective literature,the establishment of large data sets of prescription,and according to the finishing of the large data set to set the minimum support for 9%,the minimum confidence of 70%,after SPSS Clementine 12.0 operation,get the drug compatibility and medication rules.Results:Meet the standard prescription a total of 120,shared Chinese medicine 151 flavor,the total frequency of 1373 times.Tonic drugs for the application of the highest frequency of drugs,and get the conditions of the drug association rules 343,which contains the most rules of Shichangpu,178,100% confidence for a total of 15,of which the largest number of occurrences Shichangpu,a total of 12.Conclusion:Treatment of Alzheimer 's Disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Shichangpu is the most commonly used drugs and the preferred drug treatment,and with Rehmannia,Chuanxiong,Polygalaceae,Poria,Salvia and other drugs flexible combination of applications.
