In the context of China's rapid economic development, service operation management have became more important to sevice copmany , and the domestic media enterprises are also adjusting themselves, complying with the direction of the development of the service management development. With the rapid development of domestic media enterprise which is one of the service industry, mobile TV, known as "the Sixth media", have sprung up everywhere, and long-distance transport has started to develop mobile TV as well.It is inevitable that Mobile TV, in the development of the long-distance passenger business, encountered some problems, such as lucking of stuff, has failed to keep up with the market development; the operation management work is not enough and the enterprises can't take good use of resources. The long-distance passenger's mobile television business is in lower level. The development in Media service industry is not noly a single human, financial and material resources to the competition,but also the service management level competition. Therefore, to take measures to adjust their internal structure, improve the operating management level, keep up with the trend of social development.First, The article begin with the quarter between the departments at the meeting reports of the Hu Yue media, and reveals the manangement problem. And then introduce the long-distance passenger transport mobile TV history and the advantages of advertisment,; The intorduction of the company's internal environment including department structure, workflow and the management problems. Next, basising on the operation management theory, the article describe the service design, service competition strategy, information technology services application and operation management and marketing services combining theory, then make a depth analysis of the management problems. Based on the theory and characteristics of Hu Yue Media, the service countermeasures is lay down from departmental structure, columns, expansing channel, brand promotion, pricing and the use of information technology.The article is in accordance with the operation management ideas and the characteristic of the media industry, pointing out the countermeasures and guarantees about how to use the great opportunity, giving play to their own advantages and making up for inadequate which can enable the enterprises to sustainable development. The service countermeasures, to a certain extent, makes a breakthrough to bottlenecks and enhances competitiveness, and makes the actual profits for the company.
