Building a virtual high-speed rail system environment has significant implication for high-speed rail simulation and management analysis. However, the existing Virtual high-speed rail systems and applications have strong specialization and independence, resulting in resource-rich models are rarely able to be utilized, what’s worse, it is very common to repeat modeling. Therefore, focusing on the versatility and sharing of high-speed rail model to achieve the cooperation between different systems and application areas, is of great significance to popularize the modeling results and help users make more wisdom decisions. Geographic information service allows users to visit remote geographic information and services demandly in the network environment, it is also an effective way to realize information sharing, interoperation and integration. In order to implement the reusability and interoperation of high-speed rail model on a higher level, as well as management model demandly, to meet the growing requirements for display, sharing and interoperability of3D spatial information of high-speed railway, this paper intends to study on the service oriented building and optimizing the management of basic element model of high-speed railway, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, analysis3D modeling requirements of high-speed railway suitable for service in detail, clarifying the method for service-oriented model classification,and describing the model building and optimization methods of high-speed railway from the modeling process, three-dimensional abstraction, modeling, model optimization and other aspects.Secondly, run a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the3D model storage and management based on the files and databases, design and implement the storage, organization and management mechanism of3D model data on the server-side, at the same time, focus on the key technologies of3D model management, such as encryption compression, decompression and decryption, uploading and downloading. Finally, this paper carries out the preliminary exploration in terms of3D model service publication, service implementation and service access, makes qualitative assessments for service qualities on the basis of summarizing the service quality evaluation system, And combining the3D model service of high speed railway with high-speed railway modeling system, invoking the3D model service In C/S mode to test the scientific and practical of the method for service-oriented model classification,building and management of high-speed railway...
