The Research And Realization Of Comprehensive Management Information System Of Railway Project Management

Ever since the 1990s, with the rapid development of railway construction and the deepening of management system reform, the construction project management of railway has had considerable progress. The project management unit has been one of the subjects of railway construction and an indispensable branch of force of the railway construction rank, which is playing a significant role in such aspects as controlling project quality, investment and time limit for a project. In the new century and new phase, it is supposed to realize the spanning development of railways, which has brought new opportunities as well as challenges to construction project management of railway. Meanwhile, on the basis of the thorough understanding and analysis of the working contents as well as the procedures and relevant data of project management, the study is an explorative research on the informativation of railway management work. Trough the utilization of the object-oriented software development technology, the thesis has made a comprehensive system analysis, and by utilizing UML modeling tool and case models, class models and object models, the research has presented an accurate description of the function and data demand of the synthetic item management system of railway management enterprises. In addtion, the thesis has accomplished the holistic modeling of the system, the holistic and detailed design, and eventually the system realization and testing work.The study has made a thorough discussion about the system design strategies, has adopted the model of three-layer structure based on B/S architecture, and has realized and utilized data access groupware to manage data access efficiently and flexibly on the data access level. In order to enhance the currency and independence of modules, the research has frequently adopted such technology as .NET groupware and ASP.NET user control, and as regards data storage, it has used the database of relationship type, and the XML document and file management approach. In regard to system safety, the research has realizied the resolution scheme of having role management as the major satety management, and in addition, the thesis has thoroughly discussed the system interface design and other realization techniques.
