Construction general contracting enterprise project management information system is the core content standard of the construction general contracting business class quality standards information-based assessment, which is promulgated and implemented by State Ministry of Construction in 2007.To achieve the functions of integrated project management is its target.The system Includes contract management, cost management, subcontract management, schedule management, quality management, safety management, environmental management, completion-based management, materials management, equipment, machinery management, engineering data management, etc. It reflects the thoughts of integrated project management, rather than simply thinking of the functions of management. It achieves the data integration of comprehensive project management system and financial systems, human resources systems, office automation systems and file management system. For example, cost management can invoke the financial data of financial system (such as receipt and payment vouchers, etc.), the internal human organization of the integrated project management may invoke the data of human resources information system staff, all kinds of documents can make use of office automation approval for the circulation, all kinds of text data of integrated project management system can be directly filed in the file management system.The author of this thesis is one of the key members of the information plan of MCC Chenggong Co,Ltd(hereinafter referred to as MCCCG),which is the first dual-class construction enterprise in the southwest. He organized and implemented the project management information system in MCCCG.This thesis takes the implementation of the integrated project management software in MCCCG as background, and it focuses on how to a select a mature software for the construction enterprise, and forms suitable for practical work in the MCCCG comprehensive project management information system. This thesis has introduced the background of the implementation of the project management software; domestic and international project management information system status; the main project management software vendors and their software; major business functions and modules of the MCCCG project management information system; analysis of software architecture technology, SOA architecture and its applications in the software; the other key concerns about the smart client technology and data exchange. Finally, the implementation processes are summarized in the appendix.The information platform based on the integrated project management software is in its infancy for the construction industry. The implementation of the system will be referred by the same industry, with the better use prospects.
