| With the rapid development of computer technology, it demand higher requirements to mine management of information and technology. It is important to the mine safety to improve the information management of mine production. In this paper, based on the project that data tracking and analysis about ventilation safety of 416 working face of Chenjiashan mine, it study how to manage information of project efficiently.In the study of the project, a large number of information related with working face was collected, including a large number of data, texts, statistical tables. In order to prevent the accumulation of such information into a chaotic case, it's necessary to document management for these data. That is compiled the charts, data, texts into reports, then reasonable storage and formed reports base. Provide valuable information for mine managers and policy-makers, and played a positive role on safety analysis of working face.This paper, research on how to apply the technology of intelligent documents based on PDF format to document management on safety analysis of coal working face. First, it analyze the safety of the working face according to the project, classify the information collected, establish the data center of safety analysis. The next, according to application requirements of the project, using Acrobat 8.0 produce a wide variety of PDF report stencil. Finally, the processing systems of intelligent management document on safety analysis of working face was analyzed and designed. The system is divided into two modules: report generation module and management module. For generation module, it save the source data of data centre of safety analysis on working face into XML file of corresponding report template, and insert the related pictures into the corresponding place of templates by combining with Acrobat IAC. For management module, it mainly realize the query and marking of the report, besides, the report can combine freely. |
