Research On Electronic Documents Encapsulation Of EEP Format

With the development of science and technology, the transfer and preservation of archives is more likely to be in the form of electronic documents. On the one hand,the electronic document is more convenient and faster than the paper file in the generation, transfer and information diffusion. On the other hand, it has obvious advantages in the file query and preservation. In addition to the newly generated files need to use electronic backup, the original paper files also need to be stored in the form of electronic files. In this case, the electronic file format specification and the collection of electronic files is a hard work. A large quantity of electronic documents only rely on the archives management department is very difficult to achieve, it needs the generation of electronic records and archives to cooperate with each other, and use the advanced computer information technology, manage and improve all aspects of the file from generate, transfer, backup, archive and so on.Under this background, according to the Shandong Provincial Archives Bureau needs, we developed a portable machine. The file machine combined with software and hardware, is the first fully self-developed software and hardware combination,portable, systematic electronic file specification and storage equipment. Previous file storage devices are bloated, they can only be the fixed storage devices, lack flexibility.File machine not only makes the electronic archives management ability improved greatly, in the flexibility, portability is also unprecedented. We use the disk array technology to storage mass data. The device not only solves the difficulties of a series of standardized management of electronic archives but also combined with our organization code verification, personal identification of the two generation ID card,the new technology of the BeiDou satellite positioning system and other newtechnologies, let the store information, coordinate information, character information and unit information more secure.The main reason for such a high requirement of electronic file storage is that, a large part of the electronic file that needs to be kept is electronic records, response of government affairs, production and management activities, they have a strict format.This article involves the standard conversion software, file transfer software, acceptbackup software, EEP package software,all of them are strictly based on a series of national norms and standards. File machine software system not only completed the "four detection"(Security, integrity, availability, accuracy), but also record the detection results automatically. It records the process information and package it in the description package of the electronic file automatically, which ensures the safety and reliability of the process. Qualified electronic files will be stored in a long time by EEP package. The encapsulation process of EEP format is to convert the content into Base64 code. Read EEP file signature object node content generated MD5 code.Generates a digital signature by specifying the RSA private key. The signature block protected digital signature by the same method. Through the specification of the software and the security check, it can realize the encapsulation of EEP format,which is convenient for long-term preservation and utilization of electronic archives.
