The On-Line Measurement System Of Chinese Drug's Extraction Rate By Soft Measurement Technique

In the recent years, more and more people realized the importance of the conventional medicine. Because of coming from the nature and having small minus effect, Chinese drugs are valued by the whole world people. As the key link of Chinese drug's industry, extracting the Active Ingredient is more important than others. The conventional extracting methods have some problems, such as inefficiency, bad ability of separation and high consumption of energy. This paper used ultrasonic to extract active ingredient, comparing with conventional methods, this method used less time and lower temperature.Because of measuring the content of active ingredient is very difficult, this paper used Principal Component Analysis (PCA) to reduce dimension and remove noise, the operated data finished the Soft Measurement Model of BP. When the data has high degree of accuracy, the Single Chip Microcomputer is used to calculate the model and collect data. This method is better than the conventional methods and it has four advantages: (1) Largely reduced the workload of the measurement process. The Single Chip Microcomputer is used to calculate the model and collect data, removed the work by people and simplified the process.(2) Cancelled risk of introducing noise by people. In the measurement process, people have to do no work, so they have no chance to introduce noise to result.(3) A real ON-LINE measurement model. The ON-LINE measurement model can increase the efficiency to the measurement process, which real-time ability is highly required.(4) The extraction rate can get directly. In the conventional methods, because of we have no sensor of extraction rate, we must calculate it by some data. In this paper, the calculation is reduced.This paper's method can overcome the shortcoming of conventional methods, it supplied a new way to measure the active ingredient and it had a big application foreground.
