Chinese herbal medicine generally contain a very complex composition, process of traditional method for extracting active ingredient of many, the long cycle and the extraction rate is low. The extraction rate of Chinese herbal medicine detection, at present are generally rely on artificial method, so there are various problems, for example:the huge workload, error is too obvious, online measurement hardware cannot display. In order to solve these problems, this paper introduces the method of Chinese medicine extraction, ultrasonic turbulent two-way dual frequency extraction technology was applied to the extraction of effective components of Radix Puerariae isoflavone from Pueraria decoction pieces in the experiment, and according to the data obtained from the experiment to establish the extraction rate of the soft measurement model. In order to realize the real-time display of the extraction rate, the design of hardware circuit of soft measurement system, the data acquisition and the model of the work by embedding the soft measurement model has established good and the ARM9processor and embedded Linux kernel system based on.First of all, in the process of Chinese medicine extraction, ultrasonic turbulent two-way dual frequency extraction technology and the broken ultrasonic technology, the solvent extraction process at room temperature was speed, energy saving, time saving, and improve the extraction rate. According to the formula, using UV spectrophotometer measuring samples obtained absorption degree calculate the extraction rate of Pueraria isoflavones.Then, the experimental data further normalization, determine the input and output variables, in order to prepare for the next step of hardware implementation, the need for modeling using the soft measuring method, and then compared the performance index, select the most appropriate number of model. And carries on the forecast using the model, were used to observe the temperature and time affect the extraction rate, and further analyzed to determine the optimum ultrasonic extraction.Finally, using the touch screen ARM9, design the detection system of embedded Linux kernel and Qt/Embedded based software architecture, multi channel data acquisition by multi task operation system kernel device driver added with Qt, and using Qt powerful cross platform design characteristic of content rich, operation and display interface design of the soft measurement model, simple finish temperature, time, display function.
