Along with intensity of the construction mechanical market competition day by day and in view of the decentralization of construction machinery and the difficultly that the service man can not arrive at construction place in a short time. Many front technologies are applied gradually by the factory the construction mechanical and the passive post-sale service has become initiative.the breakdown diagnosis and the real-time monitoring of construction machinery already already became the construction machinery trend of development.Therefore We design an asphalt distributor long-distance supervisory control system based on the GPRS.The system is union of the traditional computer technology and the modern computer network technology, the GPRS motion networking. This thesis firstly introduces the function and overall structure of the system and focuses on analyzingand studying the choices of remote network access technology and accessing model,designing a GPRS remote monitoring network scheme suitable for construction machinery trade . Secondly The thesis introduces the hardware circuit of the date acquisition and part of software code,and makes choice to the sensor and the chip. The system mainly consists of the monitoring center and monitoring terminal. The monitoring center and monitoring terminal are connected through the Internet and GPRS network.The communication method is put forwardd with the dynamical resolve of domain name. Realization of the monitoring center database management system uses Visual Basic 6.0 and the Access 2000.The monitoring terminal uses the MCS96 80C196KC monolithic integrated circuit of 16bit as micro-controllerand increases data, program memory and hardware connection. They constituted the data acquisition hardware system of the monitoring terminal.In the end of the thesis ,conclusions and evaluations are given about this system.The development of monitoring system in the future is also suggested.
