Glass Fiber Products are widely used in electrical and electronic, architecture, transportation, wind power and other fields. It plays an increasingly important position in the national economy. Therefore, set up an advanced production process monitoring system is a necessary method to change the soak agent production status and improve the product quality of fiberglass.According to the actual needs of Hebei Jinniu Glass Co., Ltd. for soak agent production process, this paper build a soak agent production process monitoring system in full knowledge of the soak agent production status, and prepared in accordance with the specific technical requirements of monitoring the soak agent configuration and distribution process. The design of monitoring system based on Fieldbus+Ethernet communication architecture.The monitoring technology based on IPC+PLC used in the field level of the monitoring system. The hardware device has been selected and configured. The paper also analyzes the characteristics of fieldbus technology and configs a fieldbus network. In the software development of the production process monitoring, the system designed production process monitoring software structure through the analysis of topics in this monitoring software features. Kingview was used in the subject of monitoring software development. It realized the production process sizing real-time production data storage, the production of a state of dynamic monitoring and analysis of historical data. At the management level computer, the management of software development models, database management software and communication connections had been studied. The structure and function of management software had been analyzed. And then designed the soak agent management software, and implementation of the production formulations, materials management and production process data query and analysis.In this paper, a two-tier network automated production control system has been build. By the scene and the actual operational testing, communications of the system performed reliable and work stability. The soak agent automatic production and real-time monitoring have been implemented. The soak agent automatic product monitoring and control system feasibility, practicality and advanced through the practice.
