| The modern power plant’s requirement of production management,technology management and data information management is very high.This paper designed the wireless communication technology is applied to chemical technology monitoring and production management system,to make the test data,defect management,the production tasks,technical analysis and consumables management unified and efficient operation of the production control process come true.This paper studies the technique of modern power plant chemical monitoring and the demand of the production management characteristics and development direction.Through the core layer 3 switches connected network hosts of stack constitutes a server,using the backbone router form system flow loop design includes wireless network base station system based on WLAN technology of network topology.Based on ASP script environment,SQL,ACCESS database engine technology,WAP standard and it’s definitions of WML markup agreement meet the demand of production server side of the website system is developed,using ASP secondary development method based on OCX completed system compatible with GSM MODEM development,and the operation of the system in the intelligent mobile terminal debugging.The system is in a traditional server-PC cable management system on the basis of improvement,make its move both management density and flexibility,which retain the function of PC management network and the characteristics of the server side top management,and directly linked into the mobile terminal system to participate in the office of the convenient control and SMS function,because the server is still the core of the system,all the response action performed by the server,so it ensures the stability and safety of the whole system,realized the chemical technology point is set away from the periphery of the monitoring center to the sampling test point,test personnel will collect information the client and the function of the wireless communications network transmits to a distant server database.Through practical application experiment,improve the enterprise in the actual chemical technology to monitor and production management work efficiency,basic meet the original intention of design. |
