In the production process of Soak-agent, the raw materials are mixed under a certain proportion and mode of processing. This type of batching System has been used at other industries, such as building, food processing and chemical industry. The production process of Soak-agent includes materials pre-processing, dynamic weighing and batching control. The difference from conventional batching systems is that there are too many types of materials with high viscosity, pre-processing complex and strict sequence and time control when feeding. So the management and weighing accuracy of high viscosity materials have been the problems of industrial production.For these reasons, based on actual project, construct automatic production control system of Soak -agent, research the management methods and weighing accuracy of high viscosity materials. The main functions are: system project design and feasibility analysis, hardware design and installation, software development and implementation of PLC.The equipments of system are PLC, Touch Panel, Inverter, Barrel pumps, smart instrumentation, etc. After the parameters configuration and electrical control circuit design, construct the monitor-control system of Soak-agent with communication based on PROFTBUS and MPI buses. During the characteristics test of high-viscosity materials, variable frequency pump barrels is used to control feed speed of raw material. Analyze the relationships during viscosity of materials, feed speed and rotating speed of pump barrel, draw out characteristic curve and sum up formula, which provide a solid theoretical support for VWF control. Based on fuzzy adaptive control theory, analyze the impact of materials dropping and residual materials and adopt compensation measures. At last achieve precise control of feed speed by means of measuring minimum flow during system running, complete the whole program design and system debugging of PLC.The production system of Soakage agent has been installed and debugged, and it is working. Through the equipments monitoring and real-time parameters analysis of formula, this system has strong reliability and high efficiency, can complete integrated management and dynamic weighing with high accuracy of materials, which satisfied the requirements in process and quality of Soak-agent, and is benefit for the other formula industries.
