Fieldbus Technology And Its Application Research

Fieldbus is the hottest automation technology today ,which has a great influence on the automation field. It means entirely updating of control idea of people and absolutely revolution of traditional control structure. So it is very significant to make some researchs on fieldbus technology. This paper studies profibus technology and its application in the modules of automatic production system.First the paper overview the concept of fieldbus, including it's features, component, and communication protocol. Then, the background of fieldbus, research status, development trend of it are analyzed systemically, and describe several typical fieldbus technology in detail. Moreover, the paper introduces the technology of profibus fieldbus , across the features,construction of its protol and access protocol first and then analyzes the PROFIBUS-DP,PROFIBUS-PA,PROFIBUS-FMS technologies.The paper discusses the application of profibus-dp technology combined with the modules of automatic production system, which I take part in designing distribution station and testing station. Electrical design, pneumatics design, and the programme of plc of the two stations , configuration software with Wincc to monitor the production line are designed. In this project,plc with s7-300,315-2dp of Siemens company, the programme in ladder diagram language;using Wincc software in the high level supervisory computer to configure the supervisory software , realizing the real-time data-logging, supervising and contolling , as well as various visual HMI with Windows features.The paper also make discussion on how the measuring devices —potentiometer works in the system ,and the valve box technology.
