CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology will change the way to our collaborating and cooperating, and raise the overall efficiency. The application and development of CSCW System will improve the way to our collaborating and cooperating and information exchanging.CSCW is the exact developing direction of computer technology. However, cooperative control of the sharing objects is a critical issue. A Sharing Electrical White-Board, as the key part of Co-Office System or Video Conference System, is the most prone to be a module causing sharing operation conflict. In a multi-user sharing environment, in order to avoid conflict,to increase efficiency and to ensure the success of the collaboration, coordinating and controlling the user's behavior is essential.For this article, the Sharing White-Board is the object to be studied in deep, as well as Cooperative Control of the sharing objects. Based on the analyzed common method of Cooperative Controlling and the sumrized research results domestic and abroad, Semi-Centralized Control Principle is put forward to solve the problem of a conflict of different remote cooperators to control the Sharing Objects, and to meet the requirement on real-time operation and coincidence. Multi-Routine Information Control Principle is also put forward to solve the problem of a conflict between the local user and remote cooperator to control the Sharing Object in the local white board, and to get rid of the lock of multi-routine synchronous treatment.Participating in the project of the white board, Electronical White Board System is developed to be used in the Stand-Alone Model Program, P2P Model of Co-Office System and C/S Mode of Video Conference System. The electrical white board, based on the Semi-Centralized Control & Multi-Routine Information Principles, not only achieves function of the Cooperative Controlling for the sharing objects, makes the actual effect higher and the transferring web data less,but also gets rid of the lock of multi-routine synchronous treatment to greatly improve efficiency and safety of the system. After a large number of functional and performance tests, the effectiveness of Cooperative Control Principle is verified to ensure the quality of the product, and to reach the expected goal of designing.
