The Computer net-based CSCW is always a important field of the application of computer. When Internet grows quickly, a much more huge space appears for CSCW to be applied. CAD systems improve design works significantly, but the traditional CAD systems are for individual users, and lack of direct communication between designers. Then it gave a instance of such appliction, which is a 3D cooperation tool developed on the foundation of traditional wihte board and based on WWW. Construced mainly in Java and it 3D application interface, the tool is some of a combination of CSCW, CAD and VR, and we consider it a trail version of new convenient method to communicte and cooperate via WWW.
