The aerodynamic research is a complex process of interaction,the aerodynamics research concerns with many parameters. Under different environmental parameters of the gas will certainly be reflected in the inherent and aerodynamic parameters, such as the stagnation pressure, temperature, gas flow. For aerodynamic stability and on-line detection of process problems, this paper supersonic airflow pressure and temperature for the study has developed a collection of virtual instrument based on the detection system.The system consists of hardware-signal detection circuit and related software. The system use the computer as the main equipment, other peripheral hardware, including pressure, temperature Hall sensors, signal conditioning circuits, NI PCI-6023E data acquisition card and a complete set of interface circuits. The use of virtual instrument Virtual Instruments graphical programming language developed LabVIEW8.5.The entire system has signal acquisition, real-time waveform display and data storage, data playback, statistical analysis, records of test parameters and other functions. The system uses time-domain, frequency domain, statistical and other methods of pressure, temperature, wave signal analysis. Focus on time domain analysis of the synchronization of two signals and their auto correlation and cross correlation, study of frequency domain signal of the Fourier spectrum and FIR digital filter.Through the application of the system of supersonic gas pressure, the temperature of the collection and analysis of waveform processing, analysis and evaluation for aerodynamic characteristics of objects to provide an intuitive and reliable basis for the realization of gas detection and evaluation of online reference and guidance. Can be widely used in teaching experiments, as well as weapons and ammunition in the engineering, aerospace studies, for all types of aircraft to provide a simulation tool developed will promote the development of the aviation industry.
