ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) as the advanced management ideas and information tools, generally considered the impact of manufacturing, suppliers, distributors and customers and so on, it is for the entire supply chain management.Purchasing as an important component of logistics and cash flow, is located at the upstream supply chain. Using advanced procurement management for the enterprise not only be able to provide continuous material flow, can alse help companies improve product quality, reduce product cost.This is the design and implementation of procurement management,subsystem of Inspur ERP-GS software product, started with the analysis of the characteristics of ERP software products both at home and abroad ,through the general analysis of lage-sized enterprises procurment business process,came to general-purpose business model that the company purchases- self- procurement and centralized purchasing model group, and these two models have been separately detailed described , and according to the flow description extracted typical use case scenarios,and made a detailed analysis to it.At the basis of needs analysis, further described the system architecture design, principles of system architecture design and objectives to be achieved. Described the details of the ERP-GS multi-layer software architecture, this architecture eliminates the problem of traditional two-tier structure of ERP -hard to maintain,bad scalability and so on. The functional structure of a detailed described function modules and function points.And at the detailed design, made the static and dynamic modeling around a series of operation of purchase orders, static model described the three aspects of the Order from the form class, entity class, management category as well as some categories and the relationship between the categories. Status order map gave several state transitions, activity chart describes the activity plan to such conversion operations. Collaboration diagrams to describe these operations achieve the targets need to be involved, as well as interaction between objects on the basis of the system give a detailed information of the database table structure.Implementation in the system described implementation from the overall implementation to the interface to achieve a business deal with the implementation, the overall implementation gave the show of typical scenarios analysis before, operational interface operations give the the code deal with interface implementation, business deal implementation give a specific implementation of creation of the Order of the code.Aspect in the system testing gave the testing results from functional testing and performance tests. The functional test mainly described statistical distribution of defects, the seriousness of the development trends, etc. come to the results that as system tend to be stability as testing going. Performance testing give a detailed performance testing program, test environment and the function points to test. Through analysis of the results of the system came to the outcome that system meets the demand raised by the analysis of non-functional requirements.Finallym, this paper made a summary of implementation to the whole system and gave further improvements advice.
