These merits can enormous enhance the efficiency of personal matter management. It is also the important conditions for the enterprises' scientific style, the standard management and the world trail connection. Using computers to control the personal matters information, can not only save the manpower, raise the working efficiency, accelerate the circulation of human affairs information, but also the inevitable trend for time development.This thesis analyzes the background of HRMS and the current develop situation both at home and abroad. With the present condition of human matter management in Weifang high and new-tech development zone, the author gives a concise illustration on the major problems that to be solved by the system. And the target, design principle, system structure and functional module are stressfully discussed. Besides, the core business, interface design and the system interface which are realized on the process of HRMS in Weifang high and new-tech development zone are analyzed. Also the concrete realizable technique and method are provided.In this thesis, the questions that should be considered include these aspects:First, on the basis of the distribution technique and component technique, the information system can be divided into three blocks: representation logic, business logic and data management. The RMI technique of Java is used to realize the three-tier architecture and distribution application.Second, with the extendible design concepts, the generalization and flexibility are demonstrated via the design of the business procession classes and interfaces.Third, how to improve every business function comprehensively and systematically under the condition of solving the users' basic problems by system; how to let the users complete the issues which should be solved easily under the condition of not rushing about files room; how to let the users easily familiar with and know how to use the system, and let the users give an affirmative attitude to the develop side while using this system.Fourth, under the system safety premise, how to make sure the security of personal information in the process of using system, and how to prevent the user's information being used by illegal forces. This issue is one of the important system issues that should be considered.
