The large factories and mines power grid analysis and service platform can analyse and simulate factories and mines power grid system,which is the important method to improve factories and mines power management level. In the past, the factories and mines power grid analysis software exist some disadvantages, for example, worse openess, single function, difficult maintenance defects. Exploiting the factories and mines power grid service and analysis platform which is universality, interactive, distributed has important theoretical significance and interactive application value to help factorise and mines improve untilization rate of electrical energy, improve power grid reliability, overcome hidden accident.At first, according to the demand of factories and mines power grid service platform openess and expansibility, the criterion IEC 61970 common information model and interface which is followed to establish model is summarized and analysed. Then, real-time database system FastDB and .NET Remoting techolgy basised on system frame is choosed, function and performance demand, and its technology characteristic is summarized. According to demand of factories and mines power grid service and analysis platform, distributed structural system frame basised practice is established.The platform express the CIM model by using RDF mode, then estabilshs CIM model based on RDF mode, designs and modifis the program flow of system CIS interface. It realizes the power object mapping real time memory database FastDB, and realizes visting CIM according to CIS interface.According above design,programming prototype service program and client test program by using VC++ 2005. The server and client use .NET Remoting communicate mode. The service realizes special interface of powerflow program, so CIM can be visited through CIS and interface, and validates correctness of this design by example. The method and model used in this paper can be adopted to develop distributed factorise and mines power grid analysis and service platform.
