Under the dual effects of the rapid development of the Internet and the continuous improvement of the tri-network integration,the rapid rise of online video products has threatened the monopoly of cable TV live broadcast services in the broadcasting industry.Especially in recent years,with the continuous progress of Internet technology,the enterprises of radio and television are facing unprecedented tremendous impact.Among them,the most important is the competition from the emerging network media platform.Network video relying on mobile phones,tablets and other portable smart devices,occupies a large amount of leisure time of users,which making consumers virtually reduce the use of cable digital television,traditional cable digital television market share gradually declined.As the pioneer of Heilongjiang radio and television industry,Harbin YS Radio and Television Company is imminent in how to transform and develop,get rid of the traditional system management mechanism,formulate market development strategy under the new consumption background,grasp the market development trend and enhance the overall strength of the enterprise.Thus,this paper introduces the development status of YS Radio and Television,including business data,technical data and market data,and then finds out the problems existing in the development process of YS Radio and Television,such as the competition of cable TV business,broadband business,source of revenue,resources of television,potential entrants,and media form replacement.Then,I collect,organize,and analyze the market research data through market research,combine with problems found in business analysis,and put forward solutions to the problems in YS radio and television market,including strengthening leadership's attention and support,establishing good inter-departmental communication mechanism,clarifying public services and industrial services,changing concepts and making programs by customization,all-media interaction,new media integration,and optimizing personnel management system and training all-media talents.
